deep tissue massage and

I work through the layers of muscle to relax the muscle,
removing built up tension, getting into the knotty areas
and helping the client to feel looser with improved mobility.
It lends itself well to sport injury and is fantastic for those
with whip-lash, aches and pains and suffering the general effects
of excess stress levels.
